At Seeda, our Terms of Service are easy. We frequently update them to better reflect the features and services that we contiue to add.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline how you can use our delivery platform. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the platform.


1. How Our Platform Works

Our platform helps you manage and track orders and drivers for deliveries. You can use it to track orders and see real-time delivery updates.


2. Charges and Payments

We will send you a bill at the end of every month and payment is due 7 days after receiving the bill. You may request a bill at any time by contacting us.
  • Per Order Fee: You’ll pay a fee for each successfully delivered order. The amount is based on the agreed upon price whether it was per distance or fixed.
  • Cancelled Orders: If an order is cancelled by any party (business, customer, or driver) before delivery is completed, no charges will apply.

3. Use of the Platform

The platform is available for your business to manage orders and drivers. You may use it to:
  • Ensure orders are entered correctly and being delivered to correct address.
  • Track each order and contact the driver delivering the order.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

We provide the platform “as-is,” which means we do not offer any guarantees about uptime, performance, or specific results. We aim to provide a high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.


5. Liabilities

We’re not liable for any direct or indirect damages to your vehicles should your drivers use our platform, including lost profits or business interruption. However, we are responsible for any damages to your products being delivered by our drivers should the proof point to our drivers' fault. As show of good faith, we do not charge to the delivery of damaged orders and we accept deducting the item cost from the bill by an amount you determine but shall not exceed the sale price. Over all, our maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount you’ve paid us in the two weeks before the issue occurred.


6. Privacy and Data

Privacy and Data We may collect and use data as needed to operate the platform. By using the platform, you agree to our privacy practices. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.


7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this website. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated Terms.


8. Termination

You can stop using the platform at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. We will bill you for your usage up to termination.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
